We are currently seeking a part-time position as an Administrative Accounting Assistant. The right candidate will be a self-motivated team player, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and be eager to contribute.
Primary Duties
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including data entry, answering phone calls, and managing correspondence
- Filing & Recordkeeping: Organize and maintain both physical and electronic files to ensure easy access to documents and compliance with company recordkeeping procedures
- Mail Handling: Sort incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail
- Office Organization: Ensure that office supplies and common areas are stocked and organized
- Basic Bookkeeping: Assist with invoicing, tracking payments, processing receipts, and other basic accounting tasks to support the accounting team
- Assist with special projects/general office duties and other tasks as assigned by the Accounting Lead
