Grading Line

High-Performance Grading Line.

Enhance Production Efficiency and Product Quality.

SWEED’s Grading Line is a smart solution that seamlessly integrates into your manufacturing process. This advanced system ensures top-quality products and minimizes downtime for optimal production.

SWEED’s Grading Line efficiently sorts and grades materials using a mechanical feed mechanism, directing them to the Dual Bin Stacker Assembly for sorting. The Grading Line separates panels into two stacks based on preprogrammed quality grades: Go (Stacker #1) and No Go (Stacker #2). By eliminating rejects beforehand, the Grading Line maintains a continuous and smooth production process, enhancing the overall flow of your operations.

Focused on automation and efficiency, SWEED’s Grading Line is designed to optimize your manufacturing process.

Our History

It all started with an imported gang saw. After WWII, three brothers from Germany migrated to the United States and built a sawmill on Galls Creek in Gold Hill, Oregon. Dissatisfied with the imported gang saw they were using, they decided they could make a better saw themselves.
